Hertford King - Chairman

Hertford King is an owner and Chief Executive of the International Group of companies. Founded by his father Roger in the UK in 1964 it is a highly diversified family business engaged in a number of different industries around the world.

The group has successfully completed contracts in 45 countries around the world since 1978 and Hertford has personally managed projects, including construction and property development contracts, in 21 of these countries establishing a useful network of business connections around the world. Hertford has also worked in all of the group’s divisions, at board level for the past twenty years focusing on strategy, finance and operational management.

Hertford has also been a trustee of three charities supporting blind children and adults.

After leaving university Hertford joined KPMG in London as a consultant in its Banking and Finance Group.

Hertford received a BA in Law and Economics from The School Of Oriental And African Studies, London University in 1988 focusing on Sharia law and the comparative economic development of China and Japan.
